If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you can return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Freight and courier fees are not refundable and returned items are at the expense of the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to change of mind on feminine hygiene products unless the product is faulty.
If the goods are deemed faulty we will reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
